Principal Sharpe announces retirement

After six years in the role, Principal, Kristen Sharpe has made the decision to retire.

During her tenure, Ms Sharpe sustained the school through changes to federal funding, systemic educational change and ensured our school’s Master Plan continued to deliver outstanding facilities to our students.

It is thanks to this transformative leadership that Stuartholme is well-positioned to continue to deliver world-class teaching and learning, comprehensive wellbeing programs and opportunities for every student to grow outside of the classroom, which are hallmarks of a Stuartholme School education.

The Stuartholme School Board has appointed Deputy Principal, Daniel Crump to the role of Acting Principal for the remainder of 2022, a position he has held in the past. Mr Crump is highly regarded in the Stuartholme community and broader education community for his excellence as a leader in enhancing teaching and learning. Mr Crump will be supported by the School’s Leadership Team to ensure ongoing exceptional leadership and pastoral care so every student can reach their potential and make a difference in the world.

Mr Crump will be delivering the Acting Principal’s address on Open Day, Saturday 7 May from 10am to 1pm. Open Day is a wonderful opportunity to tour the school and speak to our staff and students.
